Before this year is coming to an end (and I am not really sure if I have enough time to post before NYE) I want to present you something that has brought a lot of positive influence into my daily life.

We all know this – a bad day: nothing works out, you hurt yourself while cutting the fruits for your muesli already in the morning, a traffic jam and rain all day long. But is there really nothing good?
A few weeks ago I read an article about how you can get a more positive attitude. And since I am working on that personal goal for several months now, I was curious when they wrote about an app called “Gratitude 365“. It’s a little calendar app. The aim is that you sit down once a day and take a closer look – and so find good things in every day and be grateful for that. Simply add a picture and take notes for each day. You can look back on it at every time, on the whole month, the whole week and so you find all the happy and good moments you might have already forgotten.
Since I always kept a diary when I was younger, I wanted to try it. This is a wonderful possibility for me to at least store some good moments of each day, even when you don’t have much time. I don’t have pics for each day, but I always write down something positive. Of course you could also write down negative things – but I don’t do this since those memories stay in your mind anyways and it’s the bigger challenge to find good things in tough times. Try it – you don’t have to use the app, taking a nice notebook and write it down is also a way to handle this. The smartphone version is easy and you probably always have it with you. And believe me – there IS something to be happy about in every single day….
